I went out to get a quick ciggarette and this was the scene across the street in front of the Silver Spring fire house.

The lady is just hanging clothes from laundry bags any place she can. My theory is that this is some protest. WMET 1160’s Glenn Frye had the brilliant theory that she wants the firemen to firehose her clothes clean. Any other theories?
